No more queue at 8 in the morning for the à-la-carte restaurant.
Guests scan a QR code, choose their language and book. A fair allocation replaces "first come, first served". Your staff see everything live on a tablet. No link with Opera, protel or Kwentra needed.
No credit card. You set it up yourself in about 15 minutes.
How à la carte is booked today
Logging in at 8 a.m.
Guests set an alarm to book two days ahead. Whoever sleeps in, misses out.
A queue at guest relations
On the first morning families queue at the desk because "the places go fast". Your staff spend hours on it.
Late arrivals lose
Guests who arrive in the evening find every restaurant full. They write about it on HolidayCheck and TripAdvisor.
Those reviews decide the price tour operators pay you. And you still do not know the real demand, the no-shows or the covers per evening.
How it works
Card at check-in
Reception activates a card with a QR code in 15 seconds. Or upload your arrivals list.
Wishes, not a race
Guests choose up to 3 times per restaurant until the deadline, in their own language: 12 languages, Arabic right to left.
Fair allocation
At the deadline the seats are shared fairly: guests without a dinner yet and guests who leave soon go first.
Host tablet
The restaurant sees tonight per time slot and taps ✓ or ✕. It keeps working without Wi-Fi.
See it in 90 seconds
A guest books, the allocation runs, the host marks arrivals and a complaint reaches guest relations. All in the demo you can open yourself.
Everything a resort needs, nothing it does not
No app to download
A web page that loads on slow hotel Wi-Fi. Guests can add it to their home screen.
No integration
No link with your hotel system. Cards, an arrivals list or room number and name.
Your rules
Free dinners per stay, booking window, cancellation, no-shows, waiting list. Three presets to start.
Activities too
Spa slots, tennis, cooking class, kids club workshops: anything with limited places.
Pulse on day 2
One question to every guest. A low score reaches guest relations at once, translated into English and Arabic.
Reviews from everyone
Every departing guest gets the review links, whatever score they gave. No filtering of unhappy guests.
Privacy built in
No passport data, no birth dates, no nationality. Personal data is deleted 30 days after departure. Hosted in the EU. The hotel is the controller, A la carte Booking the processor. Guests never pay through A la carte Booking.

Questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code on their card or on a poster and the page opens in their phone language. It is under 150 KB and works on slow Wi-Fi.
Do we need a link with Opera, protel or Kwentra?
No. Reception activates a card at check-in in 15 seconds, or you upload the arrivals export as CSV or Excel. Small hotels can use room number and last name.
How does the fair allocation work?
For your busiest restaurants guests send wishes until a deadline (for example 18:00 the day before). Then seats go first to guests without a dinner yet and to guests who leave soon. Ties are broken by a draw that can be checked afterwards.
What if the Wi-Fi in the restaurant drops?
The host tablet keeps tonight's list and saves arrivals and no-shows. They are sent when the connection is back.
Can guests pay through A la carte Booking?
No. A la carte Booking never takes money from guests. If you allow paid extra dinners, you charge them to the room bill as usual.
Who sets it up?
You do, in about 15 minutes: hotel, restaurants (we can read them from your website), time slots, rules, guest login and staff. Then print the QR pack.
What happens after 60 days?
You choose a plan and pay by card or SEPA in the app. If you do not, the hotel becomes read-only and guests can no longer book. Nothing is charged automatically.
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union. Guest data is deleted 30 days after departure. See the data processing agreement.
