Privacy notice for guests

Who is responsible

The hotel where you stay is responsible for your personal data (controller). A la carte Booking provides the booking page on behalf of the hotel (processor).

What we use

Your room number, last name, stay dates, number of guests, language, and only if you give them: your e-mail address, allergies or wishes, and your feedback. We do not ask for your passport, date of birth or nationality, and you never pay through this page.

Why

To let you book restaurants and activities, share limited places fairly between all guests, tell you the result, and let the hotel improve your stay.

How long

All personal data of your stay is deleted automatically 30 days after you leave.

Your rights

You can ask the hotel's privacy contact (shown in the app under Info) to see, correct or delete your data. You can also complain to the data protection authority of the hotel's country.

Reviews

Every guest gets the same invitation to write a review at departure, whatever feedback you gave. Your feedback never decides whether you get the invitation.
