Trial, plans and invoices
The trial lasts 60 days with everything included. Under Subscription you choose Dine & Do (€1.20 per room per month) or Dine & Do + Pulse (€1.70), with a minimum of €250 per month, billed per quarter or per year (−10%).
You pay by card or SEPA through Stripe. Invoices, the payment method and cancellation are in the billing portal. EU hotels with a VAT number are invoiced with VAT reverse charge.
If the trial ends without a plan, or a payment is two months late, the hotel becomes read-only: guests cannot book, data is kept.
