Set up your hotel in 15 minutes

Go to /start, enter your work e-mail and confirm the 6-digit code. The wizard saves every step, so you can stop and continue later.

1. Account: your name and job title.
2. Hotel: name, country and number of rooms. Time zone, currency and guest languages follow from the country.
3. Restaurants: paste the address of your restaurants page and confirm the suggestions, or pick templates.
4. Time slots: by default 18:30 to 21:30 every half hour. Covers per slot are suggested from your number of rooms.
5. Rules: choose Generous, Standard or Strict. Every value can be changed later.
6. Guest login: access cards (recommended), arrivals list, or open mode for small hotels.
7. Staff: invite colleagues by e-mail or create a PIN for a shared tablet.
8. Go live: print the QR pack and put the cards at reception.

Your 60-day trial starts when the hotel is created. No credit card is needed.
