Privacy and guest data
The hotel is the controller of guest data and A la carte Booking is the processor. We store room, last name, stay dates, number of guests, language, and only if the guest gives them: e-mail, allergies and feedback.
We never store passport data, dates of birth or nationality, and guests never pay through A la carte Booking.
All personal data of a stay is deleted automatically 30 days after departure. Data is hosted in the European Union. Every staff action is kept in the audit log.
